He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Jakubowski and Helen Jakubowski. He is survived by: his sons, Jared (Hilary) and Heath (Natasha); his grandchildren, Jameson and Marley; his siblings, Diana Ross (Paul), Carl Jakubowski (Mary), Joan Romo (Ramiro), Peggy Georgeson (Peter) and Larry Jakubowski (Melissa); and his friend Lisa Nevsimal. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with other relatives and many friends.
