She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Zeckmeister and Catherine Zeckmeister; her husband Robert Fechter, Sr.; her son Scott; her great grandchild Isaiah; and her siblings, Betty Mundt (Al), Bobby Zeckmeister, Ralph Zeckmeister (Bernice), Tony Zeckmeister and Jane Fahney (Roman).
She is survived by: her children, Susan Van Beek (James), Jean Carmody (Alan), Linda Wilkens (Ronald), Bob Jr. (Robin) and John; her daughter-in-law Kelly Fechter; and her sisters-in-law, Ruth Zeckmeister and Jean Zeckmeister. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (521 Congress Dr, West Bend, WI 53060). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Diabetes Association or the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
