Carol Ann Leitheiser Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Leitheiser of West Bend, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 1, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Guse and Mae Guse; her husband Kenneth L. Leitheiser; her daughter Maureen Mommaerts; her grandson David Leitheiser; her parents-in-law, Louis and Angela Leitheiser; and her siblings-in-law, Marilyn Klug (Harold), Diane Ekvall (Harley) and James Baka.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott (Tisha), Ric (Amy), Tim (Sandy) and Brian (Becky); her son-in-law Mark Mommaerts; her grandchildren, Tony Leitheiser (Megan), Eric Leitheiser, Stephen Leitheiser (Esther Van), Alex Leitheiser (Emily), Matt Leitheiser (Katy), Maggie Blazei (Trevor), Jacob Leitheiser, Mikaela Prochnow (Michael), Kaitlyn, Grace Leitheiser, Zachary, Isabella and Benjamin Mommaerts; her great grandchildren, Kinley, Haelynn, Grant, James, Woud, Nora, Landen and Avery; her brothers, Ron Guse (Jan) and Dan Guse (Lois); and her sister-in-law Barbara Baka.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Angels Catholic Church (138 N 8th Ave, West Bend, WI 53095). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
