She is survived by: her husband Marvin Radloff of John's Lutheran Church; her children, Donna Devenport (Brad), Peter Smith and Darin Smith; her grandchildren, David (Kellee), Laura (Ben), Sarah (Blair), Joshua, Zack and Jacie; her great grandchildren, Bode and Joanna; and her siblings, Claudia Peterka (Vern), Mary Goelz, Chris Kohlman (Gary), Joanne Phelps (Ty), Jane Sonetti, Patty Walters (Gator), Joe Kepper and Marlene Melton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials made to the ALS foundation in Carol's honor have been suggested.
