He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Ellis, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ellis (Koch); his children, Adam and Emily; his mother Clare Ellis (Emerson); and his siblings, Thomas Ellis, Jr., Kathy Twaroski (Bob) and Jean Ellis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
