She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Justman and Lorraine Justman; her husband James Falk; her sister Darlis (Charles Wilfer); her grandson Alan Falk; her brother-in-law Dick Rose; and her great grandchild Meekah Ellie Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Jr., Janis (Philip Stoffel), Jackie (Scott Sickler), Jeff and John (Petina); and her siblings, Lolly Rose and Paul Justman. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
