He is survived by: his son Jason Miller; his daughter-in-law Becky Miller (Szopa) of West Bend, WI; his brother Earl Miller; his sister-in-law LeAnn; his sister Dianna Shumate (Miller); his brother-in-law Rick Shumate of Wilkesboro; his brother Roger Miller of San Marcos; and his grandchildren, Sarah Miller, Bradly Miller and Nathan Miller of West Bend. He is also survived by three great- nephew's, two great-niece's and one great- great niece.
