He is survived by: his friends, Nascar and Indy Car; his sons, Triston Pettit (Jasmine) and Brandon Pettit (Lauryn); his grandchild Emory Pettit; his children, Jessica Habenicht (Raymond), Jennie Akins and Paul Neumann (Michelle); his father Michael J. Pettit Sr. (late Dottie); his siblings, Michael J. Pettit Jr. (Deb) and Stephanie McHugh (Rick); and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Alex, Taylor, Savannah, Michael J. III and Joseph. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
