He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kurer and Viola Kurer; his siblings, Clarence (Esther), Vic (Freda), John (Arlene), Bill and June Arthur (Sidney); and his sister-in-law Mae McCulloch.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, David (Peggy), Cameron (Carol), Gary (Judy) and Sharon Murphy (Sean); his grandchildren, Corey, Jed, Andrew, Sarah, Amanda, Katie, Kristin, Noah, Isaac, Peter and Tiana; and his siblings-in-law, Evalyn Kurer, Warren McCulloch and John McCulloch (Pam). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
