She is survived by: her children, Jeff Fitzsimmons (Keller), Jill Fitzsimmons and Barbara Fitzsimmons; her grandchildren, Brynn Fitzsimmons and Reiley Anne Fitzsimmons; and her brothers, John Harth (Gail Ficca) and James Schloemer (Andrea). She is also survived by many extended family members, dear friends.
