She is survived by: her children, Bobbie Clayton, Ron Dorzok (Annie), Dan Dorzok (Teresa), Carl Dorzok (Nikki) and Lynn; and her brothers, Kenneth Johnson (Barbara) and Harlen Johnson. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
