He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland and Esther; his brother Richard; and his half-siblings, Leslie and Lorna.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his brother Tom Daley (Dave) of San Francisco; his cousin Gloria Johnson of Milwaukee; his stepdaughter Lynn Muckerheide; his stepdaughter-in-law Shari Muckerheide; and his friends, Doctor Bob and Bill W.. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
