He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Collins and Rebecca; and his siblings, Virginia, Cyril, Thomas and Miadora.

He is survived by : his wife Dorothy; his children, Keith Collins (Cynthia I.) and Bridget Kuhlenbeck (Terry); his grandchildren, Donny (Kasey-Jo), Jeremy (Erin), Tammie (Mike), Jody (Jennifer), Stephen (Deborah), Vanessa (Chad) and Casey (Angela); and his great grandchildren, Wesley, Victoria (Hector), Miranda, Wyatt, Noah, Bodie, Cooper, Nora, Ella, George, Justin, Chaz, Bailey, Gavin, Cora, Gage, Montgomery and Reginald. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:45 PM at the Holy Angels Catholic Church (138 N 8th Ave, West Bend, WI 53095). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Holy Angels Catholic Church are appreciated.
