He is survived by: his wife Bonnie K. Hafemeister (Styne) of John's Lutheran Church; his daughter Karen May (Randy); his grandchildren, Heather May, Matthew and Dylan May; his great grandchild Lincoln Roteik; and his siblings, Allen Puestow (Mary), Shirley Thomas and Carol Bellin. He is also survived by brothers and sisters in-law: and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
