He is survived by: his children, Scott Thelen (Sherry) of Kewaskum, Vicki Thelen of West Bend, Dale Thelen (Chris) of West Bend and Brian Thelen (Gini) of West Bend; his grandchildren, Beth Payne (Steve), Julie Lindsey, Griffin Kopp (Kyle), Kendal Hausmann (Ross), Aubree Thelen, Paige Peterson (Josh), Jade Benoit (Branden), Maggie Thelen and Peter Thelen (Alyssa); his siblings, Rita Schneider (Clete), Erla Schneider, Kathy Harmeling, Mary Ann Schowalter (Dave), Charles Thelen (Joan) and Richard Thelen (Barb); and his siblings-in-law, Andy Dieringer and Mary Thelen.
In lieu of flowers a memorial to Kathy's Hospice or Samaritan Home is appreciated.
