He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Peterchak and Alma Peterchak; his brother Joseph; and his sister-in-law Sonja Peterchak. He is survived by: his wife Carol Peterchak; his children, Daniel Peterchak (Claire) of Kirkland, WA and Barbara Weiser of Santa Paula, CA; and his grandchildren, Ella Peterchak, Keira Peterchak, Rebecca Weiser and Alma Weiser. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Heart Association or Bethesda Lutheran Communities are appreciated by the family.
