He is survived by: his children, Dr. Steven Rubenzer of Orem, UT, Sallie Rubenzer of West Bend, Daniel Rubenzer (Sheila) of West Bend, Rex Rubenzer of West Bend, Nancy Rubenzer of Ponte Vedra, FL and Sam Rubenzer of Tampa, FL; and his grandchildren, Zachery, Kaelin, Ashley, Alex, Kasey, Danni, Cody and Trey.
