He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Delmar "Spud" Batterman and Jo Ann Batterman (Jerke) of Sioux Falls, SD; his children, Michael, Danny, Joey, Steven, Sarah of Sioux Falls, SD and Elizabeth of Sioux Falls, SD; his sister JoDel Batterman-Dierks (Dale) of Tripp, SD; his siblings' children, Landon Dierks and Jordan Dierks of Mitchell, SD; and his brother Brent (Erica). He was also cherished by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of lowers the family requests that memorials be directed to the family to help with the children's education.
