She is survived by: her children, Patricia VandenHeuvel (Mark), Jacqueline Barnett (William), Cynthia Manthey and Robert Stevens (Jodi); her grandchildren, Melissa Walter (Timothy), Jason (Alisha), Nathan (Rebecca), Emily (Dan), Alison Krueger, Richard (Lily), Steven, David Manthey (Stephanie), Abigail and Annabelle Stevens; her great grandchildren, Emma, Logan, Abbey, Zach, Tristan, Katie, Wyatt, Evelyn, Addison, Alexandra, Andrea, Adrian and Steven; and her brother Robert Horky.
