She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Chapman and Evelyn Chapman; her brothers, Allen and Michael; and her sister-in-law Barbara Chapman.
She is survived by: her niece Theresa Chapman; her nephews, Wayne Chapman (Bobbi), Steven Chapman (Dara) and Jeffrey Chapman; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicole Schultz (Michael), Andrew Chapman (Tessa), Heather Chapman (Bobby), Melanie Hill (Patrick), Jeremy, David Chapman and Chad Wolfe; and also, Gabriel, Connor, Harley, Riley, Jocelyn and Leelah.
