He was predeceased by: his father Robert Miedtke; and his grandparents, Elmer and Pearl. He is survived by: his mother Colleen Miedtke; his wife Shelley Miedtke; his sons, Jason, Tyler and Brandon; and his siblings, Sue (Dale), Denise and Brad (Roxanne). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
