He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Stiever and Lila Stiever (Ellsworth); his father-in-law Henry (Kathryn Neuburg); and his brother Phil Stiever. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Neuburg of Hubert's Church; his children, Scott Stiever and Kelly Weske (Tim); his grandchildren, Zach Weske (Emily) and Alex Weske; his sister-in-law Kathy Nelson (Bob); and his siblings, Theresa Fischbach (Chuck), David and John Stiever. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
