He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Mueller; his son Mark Soat (Roberta); his brother-in-law Donald Mueller (Joan); his niece Patricia; and his nephew Karl Koelsch. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
