He is survived by: his daughter Adrianne Lennartz (Joseph); his grandchildren, Aubree and Ashlyn; his nephew Matthew (Christine Bohn); and his niece Lisa Oppeneer (Dan).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Dr, West Bend, WI 53095). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
