Stiefvater (West Bend, Wisconsin), born in Tripp, South Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 30, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Krause and Margaret Krause; her husband Dewayne Stiefvater; and her sisters, Dorothy Otte, Elizabeth Reuswaat, Bonnie Fick and Carol Ann Schlenvoght.

She is survived by: her sisters, Marcella Newman of Mayville and Mary Jo Strege (Dwayne) of West Bend; and her niece Kathy Newman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
