Phyllis (Dieringer) Stemper Obituary

We announce the death of Phyllis (Dieringer) Stemper (West Bend, Wisconsin), who passed away on May 22, 2026, at the age of 95. Phyllis will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Dieringer and Olive Dieringer (Gremminger); her in-law Edward Stemper (Viola); her sons, Jerry and Daniel; her siblings, Olive, Lucille Odekirk (Don), Andy (Audrey), Addy (Jean), Gregor, Tom (Barb) and Francis (Pat); and her siblings-in-law, Laneille Dieringer and Peter Grant.

She is survived by: her husband Edward Stemper; her children, Jacquie Voeks (Jeff), Jim Stemper (Janis) and Jon Stern (Jenn); her daughters-in-law, Tammy and Sharon; her siblings, James Dieringer and Elizabeth Grant; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Davidson (Joe), Patrick Stemper (Jessica), Lesley Washtko (Deakin), Jessica Hopeman (Matt), Lauren Stemper and Lexie Stemper (Hugh).
