She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Robert, Mary Ban (Moody), John Kolasar, Donald and Mary Grotelueschen; her uncle Donald "Butch" Grotelueschen; and her pets, Athena Mae and Greg.
She is survived by: her parents, Richard Ban and Patricia Ban (Grotelueschen); her siblings, Joshua and Amanda Wellner (Steve); and her nephews, Ian, Brody, Zach, Owen and Calvin. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral & Cremation Service - West Bend (1315 W Washington St, West Bend, WI 53095).
