He is survived by: his wife Patricia McManaman; his children, Laurie Miller of West Bend, Mark Miller (Candi) of West Bend and Michael Miller (Angela) of Newport Coast, California; and his grandchildren, Kathleen Wise of San Diego, Dr. Christine Miller of Sacramento and Andrew Miller of Milwaukee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
