She was predeceased by: her parents, Armin Barthel and Nora Barthel; her husband Dick Simmons (Dick) of Hazel Green, Wisconsin.; her brother-in-law Robert O'Toole; her son-in-law Jim Dachel; her brother Richard Barthel; and her sibling's child Ryan Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, Jamey Simmons (PJ) of Tennessee, Kelly Moseler (Lou) of West Allis and Joy Simmons (Josh Bargar) of Wauwatosa; her grandchildren, Sam Simmons, Charlotte Simmons, Thomas Simmons, Miranda Dachel, Stepp (Tyler), Matt Dachel, Nick Dachel, Ash Cartwright (Spencer), Sam Moseler and Deidre Behrend (Joe Hargan-Calvopina); her great grandchild Quill Hargan; and her siblings, Betty Eich (Ed), Eleanor O'Toole, Susan Barthel (Dan), Joyce Powell (Mark) and Robert Barthel. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fifth Ave. United Methodist Church (323 S 5th Ave, West Bend, WI 53095). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fifth Avenue United Methodist Church (323 S 5th Ave, West Bend, WI 53095).
