Mark (Colette); his children, Elisabeth Schaser (Pastor Erich), Paul Zarling (Jessica), David Zarling (Emily) and Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Zarling (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Zachary (Brittany), Noah (Emma), Benjamin, Mia, Ezra, Samuel, Solomon (Cassidy), Savannah, Stella, Simeon, Selah, Elijah, Ava, Lydia, Micah, Abigail, Naomi, Eve, Gideon, Esther and Asher.
