With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Veronica M. Schlagenhaft (West Bend, Wisconsin), who passed away on December 14, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Veronica shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Veronica farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Steger and Clara Steger; her husband Joseph J. Schlagenhaft; her son Tom; and her brothers, Theodore, Arnold, Joseph and Eugene Steger.
She is survived by: her sister Viola Steger of Lomira. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
