He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gruss and Hazel Gruss. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Smith; his sons, William S. Gruss (Elizabeth) and Matthew D. Gruss (Holli); his grandchildren, Meghan (Jeremy), Keegan (Jessie), Braeden and Kaedan; and his great grandchildren, Aiden and Madelyn.
