He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Mattern (Brenner); his parents-in-law, Robert Bahr and Gail Zimpher (Bernie); and his grandparents, Ethel, Irving Mattern, Zella and Edward Brenner.
He is survived by: his father Terril Mattern (Sharon Holden); his wife Tammy Bahr; his children, Devin Bahr (GG) and Kody Mattern (Brittany); his grandchildren, Levi Mattern and Kallan Mattern; his niece Alyssa Mattern; and his nephew Alex Mattern (Caitlin). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Jeff's final contribution in his earthly life was that he gave the gift of hope with the donation of viable organs.
