He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Miller and Elizabeth Miller (Loging); his sisters, Arlene Lyden and Karen Johnson; and his pet Bella.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Slaback; his children, Linda Miller-Domnie (Ernie), Jennifer Siegersma (Michael) and Matthew Miller (Bridget Ruff); and his grandchildren, Savannah, Evan Domnie, Payton, Parker Demorest, Brady, Ella, Noah Siegersma, Breana and Kendra Miller. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, many nieces, nephews and friends.
