He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Ceason (Pitzner) and Albert Ceason; his sister Dawn; and his brother-in-law Ronnie Hill. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica (Richard); his sisters, Laurie Lane (Tom) and Penny Sullivan (Rick); and his nieces and nephews, Nick, Briem, Peggy, Chrissie, Tim, Michelle and Kari.
As a lasting tribute to his memory, his daughter, Jessica, has chosen to donate her portion of his estate to the Mississippi Valley Conservancy in support of its mission to protect the lands and waters Jeff loved so much. Those who wish to honor Jeff's memory may also consider making a contribution to the Conservancy.
