It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Teddy L. Thompson (West Salem, Wisconsin), who passed away on September 9, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Dr. Thompson was one of the most amazing and kind hearted individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and knowing. He was always a beacon of light to me and I loved every moment and interaction I ever had with him. He opened the doors to me working at the Neighborhood Family Clinic in 2024 and I am forever grateful for having met and known him. I will forever miss his presence at NFC.”
