He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Hogan and Veronica Hogan (Walsh); his wife Evelyn Pavlik; his brothers, Bill, Dan and Kevin; and his siblings-in-law, Sally Hogan, Paul Pavlik (Rose) and Frank Silhavy.

He is survived by : his children, Joe (Andrea) and Jennifer Milonas (George); his grandchildren, Anna, Emma, Joey, Matthew and Julia; his siblings, Jim (Margie), Pat (Marie), Tom (Kathy), Mary Hogan, Veronica Valdez (Joe), Mike, Terry, Irene Leopold (Bryan) and Rita McNabb (Don); and his sisters-in-law, Ginger Hogan and Vicky Silhavy. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
