She was predeceased by: her husband Neil; her parents, Ben Higbie and Lucy Halkin (Neil); and her siblings, Nancy Rew, Sue Crow and Clifford Higbie.
She is survived by: her brothers, Mike Halkin, Vince Halkin (Kathy) and Ralph Halkin (Sandy); her sister-in-law Joan Ingraham (Norm); her nephews, Gary (Jill), Kurt (Caren) and Todd (Paula); her grandchildren, Emily Deutschmann (Adam), Jacob Kruger (Katie), Peter Kruger (Katie), Andrew Kruger, Elise Susnik (Matt), Erin Simmons (Shawn) and Jennifer Smyth (Phil); and her great grandchildren, Lariah, Bennett, Maren, Max, Clare, Rowan, Eben, Theodore, Phoebe, Neil, Mercedez, Leilani, Aria, Sebastian, Elaina, Hannah and Natalie.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Hill Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at the Harrisville Sportsmen's Club Community Center (W5079 County Rd J, Westfield, WI 53964).
