The memory of Jerald Phillip James Hurst of Weyauwega, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 3, 2025 at the age of 74, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Hurst and Norine Hurst (Vandenberg); his father-in-law Wilbert (Evalyn Courchaine); his siblings-in-law, Michele Malinski and Stuart Courchaine; and his niece Jill Hanson.
He is survived by: his wife Melody; his children, Adam Hurst and Amy Hurst (Reggie Kempf); his grandchildren, Jordan Johnson and Tyler Johnson (Brooke Hills); his great grandchildren, James and Henley; and his brother Tom Hurst (Kleo Kritz). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (200 Pine St, Weyauwega, WI 54983).
