He is survived by: his wife Christine Tremain; his children, Dan (Tiffany), Christy (Jason) and Matt (Kimmie); his grandchildren, Caden, Sawyer and Jared; and his siblings, Bonnie (Dick) and Dennis (Jeanie). He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
