He is survived by: his son Troy Mathwig (Sabrina); his granddaughter Myya; his daughter Elizabeth Mathwig; his grandson Devin; his siblings, Fred Mathwig (Jill) and Linda Monson; and his in-laws, Ron Bitter, Kathy Schuster, Carol, Fred Schultz and William Bitter (Lydia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
