He is survived by: his wife Sue; his sons, Taylor (Shannon), Anthony (Jessica) and Joseph (Alyssa); his stepchildren, Joshua Hetherington and Sarah Bridges (Steve); his grandchildren, Blake, Nolan, Wyatt, Olivia, Henry, Sophia, Jonathan and Milo; his stepgrandchildren, Liam, Eli, Makya, Kylee, Marley, Ashlynn and Evalynn; and his siblings, Nicholas (Cindy), Timothy (Peggi), Daniel (Barb), Michael (Cindie), Colette Danmeier, Colleen Swanson and Patricia Mickelson (Todd). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
