He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Waters and Mabel Waters (Shannon); his siblings, Thomas Waters, Lois Grabarczyk (Carl) and Peggy Waters; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Pavek and John Kielcheski.

He is survived by : his wife Jean Waters of White Lake; his sons, Michael Waters (Debbie) of White Lake, Jeffrey Waters (Jill) of Polar and Steven Waters (Debbie) of Black Creek; and his siblings, Ethel Pavek of Polar, Norma Doemel (Richard) of Canada, Criss Kielcheski of White Lake, Charles Waters (Sue Hawley) of White Lake, Terry Waters (Bonnie) of Kaukauna, Andy Waters (Melissa), Arthur Waters (Sharon) of Appleton and Russell Waters (Marcie) of Appleton. He is also survived by four grand-dogs; and many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the White Lake Community Center (615 School, White Lake, WI 54491).
