Diana Kay Sullivan Obituary
Diana (née Koester) Sullivan, 59, of Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, died peacefully on July 24, 2025. The daughter of Kipp and Mary Koester, Diana was born with a kind heart, bright smile, and the ability to strike up conversation and make friends wherever she went. Everyone loved Diana.
In 1984, she graduated from Whitefish Bay High School. After receiving her degree from National College in Evanston, Illinois, Diana spent most of her professional life working as a home health care aide, helping others—a job she loved and was well-suited for. Her clients, to her, became friends and family. But the greatest joy of Diana's life was raising two beautiful girls, Beth and Dawn Schellenberger.
Diana is survived by Kipp Koester, Carolyn (Joseph) Duris and their children Carly and Joey, Steven (Jessie) Koester and their daughter Iris, Mike Sullivan, Beth Schellenberger, and Dawn Schellenberger. She is preceded in death by her loving mother, Mary Koester.
All who knew Diana will remember her smile and effortlessly affectionate nature. She will be deeply missed.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 1, 2025, at North Shore Presbyterian Church, 4048 N. Bartlett Ave, Shorewood, WI. There will be no visitation prior to the service. Please arrive between 10:15am -10:45am to allow seating in the church.
