She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron McMillan and Katherine McMillan; her daughter Molly; her husband Jerry; and her nephew Andrew.

She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Minz (John) of West Bend and Matthew Pierre (Kristin) of Edina, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Catherine, Rebecca, Hannah, Megan Minz, Syd and Jack Pierre; her sister Mary Fox (Peter Christensen) of Shoreview; and her sister-in-law Lynn "Annie" Pierre of LeSueur, Minnesota. She is also survived by nieces and nephew.
