She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Nickels and Leona Muleler Nickels; her daughter Mary Beth Lau-Czerniak; her siblings, Jacqueline Sosnosky and Charles Nickels Jr.; her grandson Joshua Hardin; and her great grandchild Lennix Ebel.
She is survived by: her husband Everett J. Lau; her daughter Linda K. Hardin; her grandchildren, Craig A. Lau (Melissa), Laura E. Ebel (Wade) and Alexander J. Czerwinski (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Jordyn, Michael, Mavrix, Laylah, Alex Jr., Stephen, Jocelyn, Hunter, Brooklyn, Conner, Cameron, Ian and Anthony; and her siblings, Roger Nickels (Judy), Larry Nickels (Marie), Gerald Nickels (Caryn) and Barbara Wieczorkowski (Ken). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
