He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Fullington and Evie Fullington (Harden); his former wife Patricia Ann Fullington (Mayer); and his sons, David Samuel and Daniel Edward Fullington.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Fullington (Lambrigtsen) of Pigeon Falls, WI; and his daughters, Loretta Gambrell of Panama City, FL and Judy Bulger of Crystal Lake, IL. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
