He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Pientok and Belva Pientok (Kleppen); his in-laws, Rosemary and Robert "Bob" Guinn; his sister-in-law Debbie Pientok (Bursaw); and his nephew Matthew Guinn.
He is survived by: his wife Lana Guinn; his sons, Jeremiah (Melissa Granlund) and Tyler (Shawna Flury); his grandchildren, McKenna, Mason, Max, Teagan, Kellan and Kendall; his siblings, Joann Gunderson (Jim) of Eau Claire, Judy Fisher (Edward) of DeForest and Jerry of Tomah; his brothers-in-law, Brad Guinn (Andrea) of New Richmond and Fred Guinn of Eau Claire; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Kopp (Tom) of Eau Claire, Scott, Grant, Yolanda, Nate, Kyle, Casey and Krista; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Guinn and Marilynn Guinn. He is also survived by cousins, great-nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to the Trempealeau County Humane Society.
