He was predeceased by: his parents, Jospeh Vogel and Theodora Vogel (Schimmel); and his siblings, Irene Fronholz, Margaret Manlick (Norman), Hilaria Pankratz (Mike), Angeline Bump, Florence Leighty, Robert Vogel (Louise), Art Vogel (Dorothy), Joseph Vogel, Harold Vogel (Dorothy) and James Vogel (Leona).
He is survived by: his wife Judith Vogel of Mary's Catholic Church; his children, Debra (James), Jeff Vogel and Denise (Michael); his grandsons, James (Lauren) and Dr. Justin (Clara); his great grandchildren, James "Benjamin" Arner, Amelia Arner, Reid Arner and Eloise Arner; his sister Dolores Bursch; and his sister-in-law Viola Vogel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
