He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester H. Hanson and Florence E. Hanson (Wangen); his wife Debora Bergel-Kanzelberger; his parents-in-law, Melvin and Janet Bergel; and his brother-in-law Brian Bergel.
He is survived by: his children, Nathaniel Hanson and Teresa Hanson; his granddaughter Joy Hanson; his sister Lynnette Erickson of Spring Grove, MN; his sister-in-law Patti Bergel (Tim Kostechka); and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Hanson (Jason Leahy) of Spring Grove, MN, Corey Anderson (Erica) of Spring Grove, MN, Amanda Bergel, Kari Resch, Menchalville, Holly Kostechka (Matthew Schenian) and Joshua Kostechka (Brittney). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A memorial fund has been established in Kevin's name for the Blue Stars, PO Box 2523, La Crosse, WI 54602-2523.
